The input circuit of the IJ Printer is a current drive load to the output circuit of the print target 
detector, and when the output transistor Tr of the print target detector is switched on, it becomes 
an input of the start print signal. 
Use the output transistor Tr that meets the specifications below (common to NPN/PNP). 
– Withstand voltage: 24 VDC or more 
– Maximum drive current: 12 mA or more (IL ≈ 10 mA) 
– Residual voltage: 2 V or less 
– Leakage current: 0.1 mA or less 
 
●  Specifications of the IJ Printer built-in power supply 
– Power supply voltage: 24 V 
– Maximum supply current: 100 mA (*) 
(*):  The maximum power supply to the print target detector and rotary encoder is 100 mA 
in total.
