CAUTION
Ensure that the wheel wrench is
fully extended or unfolded.
15. Position the jack beneath the
jack location closest to the
wheel being changed.
The locations are identified by
cutouts in the underside of the
door sill.
16. Wind the jack up by hand until
it engages with the jacking
point.
Ensure that the jack is not tilted
and the base is resting
squarely on the ground.

WARNING
Failure to position the jack as
described could cause the vehicle
to slip off the jack.
Do not get under a v ehicle that is
supported by a jack. No person
should place any portion of their
body under a vehicle that is
supported by a jack.
17. If using the hook type jack
handle, continue from Step 18.
If using the wheel wrench jack
handle, continue from Step 25.

18. Unfold the jack handle so it
forms a right angle.
19. Fit the jack handle onto the
jack by sliding the hook
through the loop on the end of
the jack.
20. Grasp the hooked fold-out
section with one hand.
