4. Slide the disposable needle guide (item 1) over the pin on the end of the needle guide
holder (item 2).

Removal of the Disposable Needle Guide
1. Remove the biopsy device and adapter from the device mount.
2. Pull the disposable needle guide away from the pin on the needle guide holder.
3. Discard the disposable needle guide in accordance with local regulations.
Device Mount for Lateral Arm
Installation of the Device Mount
1. Flip the Carriage lever completely up to the unlocked position.

Note
The Carriage lever must be fully in the up position for smooth movement along the
Lateral Arm.
