CAUTION: To prevent thermal instability and damage to the server, do not separate the
CPU module from the CPU heat sink after they have been coupled.
NOTE: Positive engagement clicking must occur during engaging of the CPU heat sink and
CPU module onto the socket to ensure proper seating.
