14. When the enclosure has completed its power on sequence, check all enclosure status LEDs to
ensure the enclosure is operating properly. For more information, see Common status LEDs on

Removing and replacing Ethernet cables
NOTE:
If the cable is malfunctioning, check the LED displays on the I/O module or controller Data port back
panel. See Ethernet LED statuses on page 18 for LED status information.
Procedure
1. Confirm that you have the correct ports for the cables being replaced.
2. Disconnect the I/O/controller cables that you want to replace.
3. Replace the cables.
4. Confirm that the basic communication works using the LED statuses. See Ethernet LED statuses on
page 18 for LED status information.

The system monitors battery operation and logs any faults. Use the StoreVirtual Management Console to
view the battery status.
