LUNs
The StoreVirtual 3200 volumes are presented to the initiators with multiple LUNs per target. A single
target can present up to 127 LUNs, which reduces the number of connections necessary for multiple
volumes.
Connecting volumes
All sessions must be configured manually.
If you are also using the Multi-Site SAN features, you can assign servers to specific sites to avoid high-
latency connections between sites. For more information about Multi-Site SAN, see the HPE StoreVirtual
Management Console Online Help or HPE StoreVirtual Management Console User Guide.
Configuring Microsoft MPIO when using the Microsoft DSM
Generic iSCSI configuration
To generically allow all iSCSI devices:
Procedure
1. Open MPIO Properties.
2. Select the Discover Multi-Paths tab.
3. Check Add support for iSCSI devices.
4. Click OK.
