Description
EID_RSVS_SUMM_STATUS_CORRUPT RSvS service is not started or the RSvS
configuration file is malformed.
EID_RSVS_SUMM_STATUS_ERROR
• After the device is registered, the customer
contact information is either removed or
partially removed.
• Device is registered and there are connectivity
issues such as either the Proxy Server or the
Hewlett Packard Enterprise URL is not
reachable.

All alarms displayed in this table have a "Warning" level alarm status.
NOTE:
If you select No Support in the Remote support level field, no RSvS-specific alarms are displayed.
Support mode
The Target HPE server field on the Remote Support Settings page can only be changed when Support
mode is on.
CAUTION:
Support mode should only be enabled by authorized support personnel. When support mode is
enabled, critical system checks, confirmations, and warnings may not be provided on all actions.
To enable support mode:
Procedure
1. From the StoreVirtual menu, select Support.
2. Click Edit on the Support Mode page.
3. Select Support mode and change the selection to On.
4. Click OK.
