Remote support allows the system to report its status and system information to HPE. This information
could be used as a baseline for future support cases if necessary.

The Remote Support page allows you to view the level of remote support.
If you select Passive in the Remote support level field, you must complete the other fields. If you select
No Support, you do not have to complete any other fields.
