2 In the commissioning
or running period,
humidication is
enabled, but the
humidier neither
humidies nor
generates alarms.
The mains fail, or the
manual drainage
switch is not turned to
"O: Normal
humidifying".
In the commissioning
or running period,
switch on the
humidier circuit
breaker and ip the
manual drainage
switch to "O: Normal
humidifying".
3 The water inlet pipe or
drainpipe leaks.
The water inlet pipe or
drainpipe is not
secured or is broken.
Repair leaking parts.
4 Water is continuously
charged into the
humidier cylinder.
The water inlet
solenoid valve fails
and cannot be closed.
Manually start the
humidier several
times. If the problem
persists, replace the
water inlet solenoid
valve.
5 The humidier circuit
breaker trips
automatically.
The actual current
exceeds the upper
threshold, which
causes the current
transformer to fail.
The detected current
is incorrect.
Start the humidier
and check the
humidier current.
The appropriate
current is less than 4
A. If the current
exceeds 6 A, the
current breaker will
shutdown
automatically. If the
current is reasonable,
check the current
transformer and its
cable.
6 The water level
decreases gradually,
but the humidier
cylinder does not work
and no manual
drainage is ongoing.
The drainage valve
leaks.
Manually start the
drainage valve several
times. If the problem
persists, replace the
drainage valve.
7 The humidier
cylinder overows.
Poor water quality
brings severe water
scale at the bottom of
the cylinder. The
drainpipe or drain
outlet is blocked, and
the high water level
sensor is faulty.
Clean the drain outlet
and check the high
water level sensor
cable is properly
connected.
