The basic working principle of the H808ASPB board is as follows:
l The control module processes the high-level protocol between the H808ASPB board and
the control board, manages the service ports of the H808ASPB board, controls the DSP
module, and controls the GE interface module.
l The subscriber line interface module provides 64 channels of the POTS service.
l The processing module converts the pulse code modulation (PCM) data into IP voice
packets, and supports the decoding/encoding and the echo suppression functions.
l The GE interface module supports the GE communication between the H808ASPB
board and the control board.
l The power module supplies power to each functional module of the board.
l The clock module provides clock signals for each functional module of the board.
