Appendix D. Library Configuration Form
Make a copy of this form, fill it out as you are installing and configuring your
library. Update the form each time changes are made to the library. The
information on this form is very important. At this time, there is no way to save
and restore your library’s configuration except by reentering the information at the
Operator Panel. Having the information on this form will be helpful if a call to
IBM Service is necessary. Store this form in a secure location.
