Governing Law and Jurisdiction
is Warranty (and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it) is
governed by the laws of your country of residence. Any court of competent jurisdiction in your
country of residence will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of or
in connection with this Warranty.
