When the channel of running commands is
terminal control, the system detects the state of
the running terminal during power-on.
0: The terminal running command is invalid at
power-on. Even the running command is
considered as valid during power-on, the VFD
does not run and it keeps the protection state
until the running command is canceled and
enabled again.
1: The terminal running command is valid at
power-on. If the running command is considered
as valid during power-on, the VFD is started
automatically after the initialization.
