The :AVERage commands are used to congure and control the lter. The
Filter is explained in Section 3.

Parameters <b> = 0 or OFF Disable the digital lter
1 or ON Enable the digital lter
Query :STATe? Query state of digital lter
Description These commands are used to enable or disable the digital averaging lter for
the specied function. When enabled, readings will be ltered according to
how the lter is congured.

MOVing Select moving lter
Query :TCONtrol? Query lter type
Description These commands are used to select the type of averaging lter (REPeat or
MOVing) for the specied function. These lter types are explained in
Section 3 (see Filter Modes).
The number of readings that are averaged by the lter is set with the
:AVERage:COUNt command. The :AVERage:STATe command is used to
enable or disable the lter. Changing the lter type disables auto lter.
