To order part listed in the replaceable part lists, quote the Keysight part
number, indicate the quantity required, and address the order to the nearest
Keysight office. The check digit will ensure accurate and timely processing of
the order.

To order a part not listed in the replaceable part table, include the instrument
model number, the description and function of the part, and the quantity of
parts required. Address the order to the nearest Keysight office.
Direct Mail Order System
Within the USA, Keysight can supply parts through a direct mail order system.
There are several advantages to this system:
• Direct ordering and shipping from the Keysight Parts Center in Mountain
View, California.
• No maximum or minimum on any mail order (there is a minimum order
amount for parts ordered through a local Keysight office when the orders
require billing and invoicing)
• Prepaid transportation (there is a small handling charge for each order).
• No invoices.
In order for Keysight to provide these advantages, send a check or money
order with each order.
Mail order forms and specific ordering information are available through your
local Keysight sales office. Addresses and telephone numbers are located in a
separate document shipped with the manuals.
Exchange Assemblies
Under the rebuilt-exchange assembly program, certain factory-repaired and
tested assemblies are available on a trade-in basis. These assemblies are
offered at lower cost than a new assembly, but meet all factory specifications
required of a new assembly.
The defective assembly must be returned for credit under the terms of the
rebuilt-exchange assembly program. Any spare assembly stock desired should
be ordered using the new assembly part number.
