variable attenuator in Level Vernier board, and the gains among Level Vernier,
Distributor and Receiver.
For over 8.5 GHz Options, the purpose of this procedure is to adjust the
characteristic fluctuation of TC709C variable attenuator used in A86 Doubler
Board.
