Hard Disk Drive Replacement Option 019
Replacement Procedure
Step 1. Paste the heat transfer sheet to the hard disk drive rear side.

Step 2. Replace the hard disk drive by inverse procedure of removal.
Step 3. Restore backup files onto the new removable hard disk drive as described in
“Restore Backup Files onto the New Hard Disk Drive” on page 207.
Step 4. Calibrate the touch screen as described in “Calibration of the Touch Screen”
on page 208.
Fasten the TORX T10 screws (item 3) using a torque driver.
