Toggles the averaging mode. This selection only affects the averaging result after
the number of N averages is reached. The value of N is set using "Avg | Hold
Number" on page 497.

Each successive data acquisition after the average count is reached is
exponentially weighted and then combined with the existing average
REPeat
After reaching the average count, averaging is reset, and a new average is
started
