1. To drain the used oil, remove the
right and left drain plugs and fill-
ing plug at the front axle case and
drain the oil completely into the oil
pan.
2. After draining, reinstall the drain
plugs securely.
3. Remove the oil level checking plug
on the left of the front axle.

INSPECTION FRONT AXLE CASE
OIL (N1)
1. Remove the filling plug from the
front axle.
2. Check the oil level with the level
gauge of the ller plug.
3. If the oil level is too low, add new
oil to the allowable level.

2.2 U.S.gal. (8.5L)
4. Add new oil to the specied level
through the oil ller.
5. Wait at least 15 minutes to allow
the oil flow to the bevel case be-
fore checking the oil level .
6. Add oil as necessary and tighten
the oil filler plugs and oil level
checking plug.
