19011 - PMT BOARD ramp test failed
MOTION SYSTEM CONTROL BOARD
22000 - MSC BOARD A1: Fatal Software Error
22001 - MSC BOARD A1: Memory did not
erase during Download
22002 - MSC BOARD A1: Error during download of MSC Software
Cause 1: The PMT/DAS BOARD A5 malfunctioned.
Action: 1. Check the CABLE between the PMT/DAS BOARD A5 and the DAS BOARD.
2. Do:
• checkout for the PMT/DAS BOARD A5
• MCPU Self Test
Description: Failure of the checksum for the boot software. A new BOOTSTRAP
PROM must be installed.
Cause: The MOTION SYSTEM CONTROL BOARD A1 malfunctioned.
Action: Do the checkout for the MOTION SYSTEM CONTROL BOARD A1.
Description: At the start of the download to the MOTION SYSTEM CONTROL
BOARD A1, the flash memory was erased.
Cause: The software did not download.
Action: 1. Download the software again.
2. Do the checkout for the MOTION SYSTEM CONTROL BOARD A1.
Description: A program failure occurred during downloading of the software to the
MOTION SYSTEM CONTROL BOARD A1.
