16006 - Calibration Error: Did not acquire image
16010 - Possible Light Leak
16011 - Imaging System Error occurred during Initialization
16012 - PMT/DAS BOARD A5: Calculation Error occurred during
Initialization
Cause 1: The MASTER CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT BOARD A2 malfunctioned.
Action: Do the checkout for the MASTER CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT BOARD A2.
Cause 2: The DIGITIZER BOARD A3 malfunctioned.
Action: Do the checkout for the DIGITIZER BOARD A3.
Cause 3: The GALVO BOARD A4 malfunctioned.
Action: Do the checkout for the GALVO BOARD A4.
Description: Large quantities of light occurred during the “AUTO-ZERO.”
Cause: The DOOR is open, a PANEL is loose, or a light leakage occurred in the
CASSETTE HANDLING SYSTEM.
Action: 1. Do the Light Test to locate the source of the light leakage.
2. Repair the light leakage.
Cause 1: The PMT/DAS BOARD A5 malfunctioned.
Action: 1. Check the CABLE between the PMT BOARD and the DAS BOARD.
2. Do:
• checkout for the PMT/DAS BOARD A5
• MCPU Self Test
Description: The value for one or more of the following parameters did not match the
specification when the CR 825/850 SYSTEM initialized: “Fine or Coarse
Offset”, or “Fine or Coarse Ratio.”
