16013 - Imaging System contains out-of-range noise
16014 - Imaging System did not zero or PMT did not calibrate
Cause 1: The MASTER CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT BOARD A2 malfunctioned.
Action: Do the checkout for the MASTER CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT BOARD A2.
Cause 2: The PMT/DAS BOARD A5 malfunctioned.
Action: Do the checkout for the PMT/DAS BOARD A5.
Description: The “peak-to-peak” signal was high when the CR 825/850 SYSTEM was
set to “AUTO-ZERO.”
Cause 1: The PMT/DAS BOARD A5 malfunctioned.
Action: Do the checkout for the PMT/DAS BOARD A5.
Cause 2: Noise in the POWER SUPPLY PS1.
Action: Do the checkout for the POWER SUPPLY PS1.
Cause 1: The DOSIMETER malfunctioned.
Action: Check that the DOSIMETER operates correctly.
Cause 2: The exposure on the PLATE is not correct during the calibration.
Action: Do the calibration with another PLATE.
Cause 3: The X-RAY TUBE malfunctioned.
Action: Expose the PLATE using a new X-RAY TUBE.
