16016 - Malfunctioning PMT
16017 - Possible Light Leak
16018 - Possible Light Leak
16019 - Calibration could not find offset, rotate GALVO counterclockwise
16020 - Calibration could not find offset, rotate GALVO clockwise
Description: A PMT does not match the requirements of the diagnostic test.
Cause: The PMT/DAS BOARD A5 malfunctioned.
Action: Do the checkout for the PMT/DAS BOARD A5.
Cause: The DOOR is open, a PANEL is loose, or a light leakage occurred in the
CASSETTE HANDLING SYSTEM.
Action: 1. Do the Light Test to locate the source of the light leakage.
2. Repair the light leakage.
Description: An error occurred during “AUTO-ZERO.” The PMTs detected a large
quantity of light.
Cause: The DOOR is open, a PANEL is loose, or a light leakage occurred in the
CASSETTE HANDLING SYSTEM.
Action: 1. Do the Light Test to locate the source of the light leakage.
2. Repair the light leakage.
Cause: The calibration could not locate the “Offset.”
Action: Rotate the GALVO counterclockwise.
Cause: The calibration could not locate the “Offset.”
Action: Rotate the GALVO clockwise.
