Description: The command MOVE TO EXTRACTION BAR REFERENCE SENSOR
did not occur. The command is executed again.
Cause: The SLOW SCAN CONTROLLER BOARD A6 malfunctioned.
Action: Do the checkout for the SLOW SCAN CONTROLLER BOARD A6 and COIL
BOARD A7.
Description: The command MOVE TO THE PLATE GUIDE POSITION did not occur.
The command is executed again.
Cause: The SLOW SCAN CONTROLLER BOARD A6 malfunctioned.
Action: Do the checkout for the SLOW SCAN CONTROLLER BOARD A6 and COIL
