22011 - MSC BOARD A1: Error during download of MSC Software
MOTION SYSTEM CONTROL BOARD RTXC
29001 - 29008 - MSC BOARD A1: Software malfunctioned
Description: The MOTION SYSTEM CONTROL BOARD A1 received a message
before the preceding message was completed.
Cause 1: The software did not download.
Action: 1. Download the software again.
2. Do the checkout for the MOTION SYSTEM CONTROL BOARD A1.
Cause 2: The MASTER CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT BOARD A2 malfunctioned.
Action: Do the checkout or the MASTER CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT BOARD A2.
Cause 3: Communications did not occur between:
• MOTION SYSTEM CONTROL BOARD A1
• MASTER CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT BOARD A2
Action: Check the RS-232 communications between:
• MOTION SYSTEM CONTROL BOARD A1
• MASTER CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT BOARD A2
Cause: The MOTION SYSTEM CONTROL BOARD A1 malfunctioned.
Action: Do the checkout for the MOTION SYSTEM CONTROL BOARD A1.
Code Description
29001 - 29006 System error for the RTXC. The communications data queue is full and
cannot receive messages. This error should not occur during normal
operation.
29007 System error for the RTXC. This error should not occur during normal
operation.
29008 System error for the MOTION SYSTEM CONTROL. This error should not
occur during normal operation.
