• Power supply (optional) is not connected.
Reconnect the power supply.
• Flowsensor is in low power mode.
• Computer with Flowmaster software is switched off.
• Bluetooth dongle is broken or is not connected to
the USB port of your computer.
• Flowmeter is switched off because the flow program
is not started or the flow program is disabled via the
flow program menu.
• Flowmeter is switched off because menu-item
Flowmeter on is disabled via the flow program.
• Flowmeter is switched off via the flow scheduler.
7.6 Uroflow Saved with Wrong Patient Name
It may happen that the wrong patient name was selected at the start of the
uroflow investigation. In this case the uroflow will be saved with the wrong
patient name. In the database program, you can always cut and paste the
uroflow investigation to the correct patient name.
The procedure is as follows:
▪ Select the patient to which the uroflow investigation was saved accidentally.
▪ Click with the right mouse in the investigations window on the uroflow
investigation you want to move.
▪ Choose Cut in the pop-up menu.
▪ Select the patient to which the uroflow belongs.
▪ Click with right mouse on an empty place in the investigations window and
choose Paste. The uroflow investigation is saved with the correct patient
name.
7.7 How to Save Battery Lifetime
Under normal circumstances the flowmeter is expected to run 80 hours
with four batteries. When the computer is switched on the flow program
will be started automatically. This flow program will switch on the
Bluetooth flowmeter connection. This implies that when the computer is
on between 9.00 AM en 5.00 PM, the batteries will also be used 8
