The Widcomm Bluetooth software wizard starts automatically and the
window ‘MMS BT-Wizard - Welcome’ is displayed. See the installation
procedure in § 2.4.
Click on the Yes button to restart your computer.
See § 2.5 to establish flowsensor communication.
8.4 Disable Network Functionality
You can disable the network functionality if you want to stop using it.
Therefore, you must reinstall the Flowmaster software as described in § 2.4
(overwrite the existing installation).
If you want to have access to the existing patient data in the database program
after the installation, then you must archive all patient data to a temporarily
directory first. After reinstalling the software, you can restore the patient files
as described in § 8.6. From now on all data is saved on the hard disk of the
computer. Finally, you may remove the Flowmaster network directory.
8.5 Change Network Directory
You can change the name/position of the network directory in which patient
data is stored. Therefore, you must reinstall the Flowmaster software as
described in § 8.3.
If you want to have access to the existing patient data in the database program
after the installation, then you must archive all patient data to a temporarily
directory first. After reinstalling the software, you can restore the patient files
as described in § 8.6. Finally, you may remove the old Flowmaster network
directory.
8.6 Archive/Restore of Patient Data
In some situations, it might be necessary to archive patient investigation data
in a temporarily directory. An example is changing the network directory where
you must reinstall the Flowmaster software. After installing the software, you
can restore the data in the database program.
The procedure is as follows:
Select in the menu Patient > Archive > All to display the window ‘Archive
all patients’.
