Warranty for Flowmaster System
Laborie Medical Technologies Corp. warrants the FLOWMASTER against defects in material and
workmanship. For complete warranty details, consult your local sales organization. This warranty is only given to
the original purchaser of the FLOWMASTER.
Pursuant to this warranty, Laborie Medical Technologies Corp. will repair or replace products which prove to
be defective during the warranty period, provided repair is performed by Laborie Medical Technologies Corp.
or a Laborie Medical Technologies Corp. authorized service organization.
This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights and there may also be other warranty rights which may
vary from state to state.
DISCLAIMER OF ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES FOR FLOWMASTER
There are no understandings, agreements, representations of warranties, expressed or implied (including
warranties of merchantability or fitness for a purpose) other than those set forth in the preceding section,
'Warranty'. The contents of this Manual do not constitute a warranty.
No warranties, express or implied (including warranties of fitness for a purpose or merchantability or warranties
arising from course of dealing of usage or trade) are made regarding the information, descriptions
recommendations or safety notations in this Manual.
Some states disallow certain limitations on implied warranties and the purchaser, user and patient should consult
state law if there is a question regarding this disclaimer.
The information, descriptions, recommendations, and safety notations in this Manual are based Laborie Medical
Technologies Corp. experience and judgement, as of January, 1989. The contents of this Manual should not be
considered all inclusive or covering all contingencies. The physician(s) at your institution, directing the utilization
of the Flowmaster, are responsible for keeping current with developments in the literature on Urodynamics.
Please direct any questions or problems concerning Urodynamics and the use of the instrument, or interpretation
of data acquired from the Flowmaster to the responsible physician(s).
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY BEFORE OPENING
LABORIE MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES CORP. SOFTWARE LICENCE AND LIMITED WARRANTY
THIS LEGAL DOCUMENT IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU, THE END USER, AND LABORIE MEDICAL
TECHNOLOGIES CORP. (FURTHER CALLED LABORIE). BY OPENING THIS SEALED DISK PACKAGE,
YOU ARE AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, WHICH INCLUDES THE
SOFTWARE LICENCE, LIMITED WARRANTY AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT OPEN THE DISK PACKAGE.
PROMPTLY RETURN THE UNOPENED DISK PACKAGE AND THE OTHER ITEMS (INCLUDING WRITTEN
MATERIALS, BINDERS OR OTHER CONTAINERS, AND HARDWARE, IF ANY) WHICH ARE PARTS OF THIS
PRODUCT TO THE PLACE WHERE YOU OBTAINED THEM FOR FULL REFUND.
To preserve and protect its rights under applicable laws, Laborie does not sell any rights in Laborie software.
Rather, Laborie grants the right to use Laborie SOFTWARE by means of a SOFTWARE LICENCE.
