1. Introduction
1.1 Flowmaster
The Flowmaster is a combination of a wireless flowmeter and dedicated
software, developed by Laborie Medical Technologies Corp. (Laborie) to
perform uroflowmetry investigations in hospitals and clinics. There is one
model of the Flowmaster system (Laborie systems catalogue U1-1).
The words flowmeter and flowsensor are both used interchangeable
throughout this manual.

The flowsensor contains Bluetooth functionality for transferring the uroflow
data to the computer without using a cable. To run the Flowmaster software
program you will need the operating system Windows 7 Professional Edition
(32 or 64 bit), Windows 7 Home Premium Edition (32 or 64 bit), Windows 7
Home Premium Edition (32 or 64 bit), Windows 8 (8.1) Pro (32 or 64 bit), or
Window 10 (Professional 64 bit)
