12. Swing deflector (C) under outboard shield (B) so that
handle can be installed into the deflector and shield.

13. Install carriage bolt (A), washer (B), spring washer (C), and
handle (D) as shown.
14. Position deflector so handle (D) is approximately centered
in slot, and tighten handle.
