LASS DEFINITION:
D
ISABLED: (Default)
U
NIFORM & FIXED: the system sets the classes programmed; only the class
name is left editable. All C
LASSES are created with the same size.
F
REELY EDITABLE: name and value are freely editable. The CLASSES can have
different sizes.
C
LASSES IN TOLERANCE & OUT OF TOLERANCES: the total amount of classes must
be
U32, and they can be inside or outside the tolerance limits.
Edit function allows to modify NAME and/or VALUE in the table.
3.2.5 Part program structure
Once the CHARACTERISTIC has been defined it is possible to view the complete struc-
ture of the P
ART PROGRAM that has been created.
The following table includes all the information entered during the programming
phase: the P
ART NAME, the measurement STEP, the CHARACTERISTIC, the TOLLERANCE LIMITS
and the M
ASTER SET. The brackets in the CHARACTERISTIC “2” show that the measure has
been configured as A
UXILIARY.
This page enables the user to carry on adding new steps, new measurements and
new zeroing steps. To add a new element, select the element to be added by hi-
ghlighting it in the display and then tap A
DD.
The U
P and DOWN functions allow the user to move the selected element around the
tree structure.
