In the BATCH DURATION window it is possible to choose between various conditions
under which the B
ATCH closes automatically.
In the T
RACING DATA REQUEST window the user has to insert the initial value only for
K-field parameters having B
EHAVIOUR set on STATE (input data valid until the next mo-
dification).
• MAX. NUMBER OF PARTS: the BATCH is automatically closed at the completion of
the number of parts.
• M
AX DURATION (HOURS / MINUTES): in this case the BATCH is closed when a span
of hours/minutes is elapsed.
• ACTION ON CHANGING SHIFT(NONE/ENABLE): this function can be used to close
the batch automatically at the end of each shift defined in the G
LOBAL SETUP -->

HIFTS menu (see para. 6.3). This function works for all active batches and not
just the current one.
