Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before
operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
Open service access door on the top of the
metercase.
Disconnect coin drop, coin vault switch and
service access switch wire connectors.
Use a pair of pliers to squeeze the
Christmas tree clip in the bottom of service
access area of the metercase to release the
wire tie from under the top.
Open dryer top (See page 4-3).

Pull wires through the hole in the top.
Remove two #2 star head screws from each
hinge where they are attached to the top.
These screws are different than
most other screws in the dryer in that the
head is tapered and serrated. They are
shorter than most other screws as well.
Support the top when removing the screws.
Lift top off dryer.
