When replacing a roller, always
replace both tri-clips to make sure that roller
will stay in position while running.
DO NOT lubricate this wheel or
shaft. Clean shaft with fine steel wool to
eliminate squeaks, or replace worn roller
supports.
Support roller shafts are secured to the front
bulkhead with 9/16” nuts and a washer.
The washer is installed on the roller side of
the shaft.
To support the roller shaft while
trying to remove the 9/16” shaft a Vice Grip
needs to be used to hold the nipple on the
front of the roller shaft.
