The ETACS (Electronic Time and Alarm Control System) has
been adopted for centralized control of various timer and alarm
functions.
The ETACS control unit has an input check function which
makes it possible to easily check whether the circuit from the
input switch to the microprocessor in the control unit is function-
ing properly or not.

Ignition key reminder
timer function
To prevent accidental door locking
with the key still in the ignition, the
following will take place. If the driv-
er’s door is opened, and the driver
or passenger lock knob is operated,
the system will automatically re-
lease the lock.
NOTE
This function has priority over the
central door lock system function.

Ignition key reminder
alarm function
