ACDTG : Assignment of ACD Trunk Group Data
ACDTG: Assignment of ACD Trunk Group Data
1. Function
This command is used to assign, display, print, and remove ACD trunk group data. This data includes queue
priority, circuit quantity, and an optional trunk group name.
2. Precautions
(1) If ACD circuits are not assigned they will not report to the MIS.
(2) Queue Priority for ACD trunk are programmed in ACDTG.
3. Parameters
ACDP: Fixed to 0 (Not used)
TN: Tenant Number (1 ~ 9) 0: indicates all tenants
ACDRT: Trunk Group Number (Rt. Number) (1 to 254)
NAME: Trunk Group (Rt.) Name (optional, up to 20 characters).
Only 12 will show on ACD position.
QPRTY: Priority (1 to 250)
TRK: Trunk Numbers (1 ~ 255)
4. Assignment and Deletion Procedure
These flow diagrams show the procedure used to assign and delete ACD trunk group data.
