2.3.1 ACD System Capacity

ACD System is depending on the Agent Client License Software to decide the quantity of Agent. You can merge
the optional software, by which the number of agents can be added up to a maximum of 2000.
Flexible combination up to a maximum 2000 is available to realize your agent positions.
Note: For using an additional method, the system of the program must be upgraded in advance.
Note: Client License Software (including ACD Agent License) can be merged up to a maximum of 96.
