When you log onto your mailbox, you get your mailbox main menu of options.
To record and send a message to a co-worker:
1. FUNCTION(VoiceMail)orpushVMsg+PushRec.
2. Listentothevoiceprompt,waitforthebeepandstartrecording.
PushDonewhenyouaredonerecordingyourmessage.
PushPauseandResumetopauseandresumeyourrecording.
PushCncltocancelyourrecordingwithoutsendingit.
3. Enterthemessagerecipient'smailboxnumber+dooneofthefollowing:
Followthevoicepromptsforadditionaloptions..
4. Enteranothermailboxnumberofdial#tosendthemessage.
5. Exitwhenyouaredone.
Leaving a Message
To leave a message in the mailbox of an unanswered extension:
Theextensionyoucallcanbebusy,inDNDorunanswered.
