Lock or Unlock a Telephone Book using a service code:
1. PressCALL1.
2. EntertheLockTelephoneBookservicecode(contactyourterminaladministratorforthiscode).
3. Enterthedestinationextensionnumber.
4. Entertheextension'spassword(contactyourterminaladministratorforthiscode).
Change a password a user enters to lock/unlock the Telephone Book:
1. PressPROGSoftKey+

SoftKeytwice.
2. PresstheTELBKSoftKey.
3. PressSoftKey3(Setting).
PressingtheCONFkeyfromthisscreenonwillbackuptheviewtothepreviousscreen.
4. PressSoftKey4(Password).
5. Usingthedialpad,enterthecurrentpassword(0000bydefault,orcontactyourterminaladministrator
forthiscode).
6. Enterthenew4-digitpassword.
ThedisplayindicatesNEWPASSWORDISSET.
7. Youcannowpress
CONFtoreturntothepreviousmenudisplayorpressCLEARtoexit.
