Name
ZygoWriteLong – Write data to a long register of ZMI Measuring board.
Input tests
- Refer to section 7.1: “Input Tests Common to all XPS Functions”.
Description
This function write data to a long register (max 32-bits) of ZMI Measuring board.
Example
Write 0x5000 to Control Register 1 on Axis 1:
ZygoWriteLong(AXIS1, A, 5000)

Input parameters
SocketID int Socket identifier gets by the
“TCP_ConnectToServer” function.
AxisNum char * “AXIS1” or “AXIS2”.
Register char * Register value in hexadecimal.
Data char * Data value in hexadecimal in max-32bits.
Output parameters
Response char * Response returned by the ZMI Measuring board.
Return (In addition to the results of “Input Tests Common to all XPS
Functions”)
• 0: No error.
• -2: TCP timeout.
• -1000: Zygo command execution failed.
• -1001: The controller is not connected to Zygo TCP server. Run
ZygoStartInterferometer API.
• Zygo errors: Refer to section 8.9: “Error List”.
