Test description:
The SIM-Card can be tested by a normal phone call against the network, or merely with
the service software (Phoenix). Within Phoenix the ‘SIM Test’ supports this test.
Open the SIM Test Menu from the Testing drop down menu.
Plug a functioning SIM-Card into the SIM reader and press ‘Update’. (The TFE-4/RV-1
device has to be in the Test/Local mode).
