Viewing an Event Log on BBconn Cloud
Event log files are contained in .NOR files. To view a melter's event log on
BBconn Cloud, you must download the .NOR file from the melter and upload
the file to BBconn Cloud.
1. Insert a USB drive into your personal computer and make sure there are
no other .NOR files on it.
2. Insert the USB drive into the melter. A backup is automatically performed
and the current .NOR file from the melter is copied to the root of the USB.
3. Log on to BBconn Cloud.
4. Select Setup Tool | Load from USB/Computer.
5. Select TOOLS | EVENT LOG
S You can sort by Date, Event Type, or Zones, or filter events by
Event Type, Date Range, or Zone/Device.
S To expand an event log, select the date or the expand icon (+). The
system shows all the events for the selected date.
S To collapse an event log, select the minus icon (-).
NOTE:
S When transferring files between the melter and BBconn Cloud, the
USB drive must be formatted using FAT or FAT32. No other format,
such as NTFS and exFAT are supported.
