Defining Electronic/Runup Pressure Runtime Settings
You can purchase the following optional pressure kits by contacting your
local Nordson representative:
S For manual pressure monitoring, you will need part number 1128344.
S For electronic pressure monitor and control, you will need part number
1128345.
S For the complete pressure runup kit, you will need part number 1128908.
Defining Manual Pressure Adjust Alert Settings
1. Log into your BBconn Cloud account, then do the following:
S Select SETUP TOOL - create or load a .NOR file.
S Select RUNTIME SETTINGS | PRESSURE. From the Main Pressure
Mode Selection, select Manual Adjust.
2. Press the
to toggle (enable or disable) the Pressure Settings
Range Alert option, which alerts you when the pressure is out of
tolerance. The default is Enabled.
3. Select Minimum Pressure Alert, then enter the absolute minimum
system pressure before the melter enters into an Alert condition.

4. Select Maximum Pressure Alert, then enter the absolute maximum
system pressure before the melter enters into an Alert condition.

5. When done, press SAVE.
