About the Control Panel
The OEM control panel is located on the E-Box door.
Master Controls
The Master Controls provide On/Off control and status LEDs for the pump,
heaters, wireless operation, and remote control operation.

Component State Function
Master Pump On/Off
Button and LED
Toggles the Master Pump control On or Off
S The Master Pump control LED is illuminated when the
pump is On.
S The LED flashes when the Auto Pump option is enabled
and when waiting for Temperature Ready. Once
Temperature Ready is reached, the LED stops flashing and
remains illuminated.
Master Heat On/Off
Button and LED
Toggles the Master Heat control On or Off
The LED is illuminated when the Master Heat control is On.
Wireless On/Off
Button and LED
Illuminates when the optional WiFi card is installed, configured
and at least one user is connected.
System I/O or
PLCCommunications
LED
The LED illuminates when an input is assigned or when the
melter is controlled from a PLC. When the Communications
Master Control is disabled, the LED is not illuminated and all
remote write access to the melter is blocked.
NOTE: You can still control the melter from the panel itself.
