S An issue exists with one or more
of the subsystems, causing
production to temporarily stop.
When a stop occurs:
S The Master Heat control remains
on, but the Master Pump control
is automatically toggled Off.
S The optional Master Fill control
remains On.
Offline White
S The melter is powered Off.
S The melter is offline.
Melter Front Panel LED Behavior
Table 5 explains how the front panel LEDs behave depending on the
methods used to switch melter power on or off.

Power Cycle Description LED Behavior
Soft power on With the melter plugged
in, the power switch is
toggled ON.
The System Status LED changes from white to red, then
lamp test cycling starts. During the lamp test:
S System status lights cycle from red to green to blue.
S All LEDs cycle ON and then OFF.
S The lamp test repeats until the melter reaches
Temperature Ready.
Hard power on With the melter NOT
plugged in, the melter
power switch is toggled
ON and then the melter
is plugged in
The System Status LED is OFF and all LEDs are steady
ON for approximately 15 seconds, after which lamp test
cycling starts. During the lamp test:
S System status lights cycle from red to green to blue.
S All LEDs cycle ON and then OFF.
S The lamp test repeats until the melter reaches
Temperature Ready.
