The following sections detail the common operator tasks:
S Temperature settings
S Pressure settings
Defining Temperature Runtime Setting
There are two types of heated zones:
S Internal Zones: Tank and Manifold
S External Zones: Connected hoses and applicators
NOTES:
S By default, internal zones are enabled, and all external zones are
disabled.
S Internal zones (tank and manifold) cannot be disabled. You can only
change their set point temperatures.
S Although there are two internal zones (tank and manifold), changing one
internal zone automatically changes the other. You cannot have two
different internal zone set point temperatures.
Enabling/Disabling and Changing Zone Set Point
Temperatures
1. Log into your BBconn Cloud account, then do the following::
S Select SETUP TOOL - create or load a .NOR file
S Select SETUP TOOL | RUNTIME SETTINGS | ZONE
TEMPERATURE.
2. Do the following to continue:
S Press the to toggle (enable or disable) the zone.
S To change the set point temperature, select which zone you want to
change and enter the temperature set point your want.
S Enter a Global Set Point temperature to make all zones, (enabled or
disabled) the same set point temperature.

3. When done, press SAVE.
NOTE:
S You can change the default external zone names using either a PLC or
BBconn Cloud. Refer Modifying External Zone Names for more
information.
