Defining Electronic Pressure Settings and Monitoring
Alert Settings
Use Electronic Pressure Adjust to remotely change and monitor system
melter pressure. You can optionally decide if you want to receive pressure
alerts when the system pressure-hydraulic or pneumatic-exceeds the defined
thresholds.
NOTES:
S The melter will go into an Alert condition only if the pressure meets or
exceeds the high/low thresholds for more than 10 seconds.
S You can change the pressure scaling from System Settings |
Preferences. The default is Pneumatic.
Electronic Pressure Alert and Monitoring
1. Log into your BBconn Cloud account, then do the following:
S Select SETUP TOOL - create or load a .NOR file.
S Select RUNTIME SETTINGS | PRESSURE. From the Main Pressure
Mode Selection, select Electronic Adjust.
2. Press the
to toggle (enable or disable) the Pressure Settings
Range Alert option, which alerts you when the pressure is out of
tolerance. The default is Enabled.
3. Select Minimum Pressure Set Point Range, then enter the minimum
pressure you want to use while in production.

4. Select Maximum Pressure Set Point Range, then enter the maximum
pressure you want to use while in production.

5. Do the following to continue:
S If you have Pressure Setting Range Alert Disabled, then Select
SAVE.
S If you have Pressure Setting Range Alert Enabled , then continue
to the next step.
