Backing Up Melter Settings
When you insert a USB drive into the melter while it is powered on, a backup
is automatically performed and is saved to the root of the USB iF no other
.NOR file is detected. The following are backed up:
S Runtime Settings
S System Settings
S Communications Settings, including the .PLC file
S Event log
You can then upload the .NOR file into BBconn Cloud for editing and viewing.
NOTES:
S Refer to Downloading a .NOR File from BBconn Cloud under Using
BBconn Cloud earlier in this manual.
S Licensing and WiFi settings are restored, but only If serial number AND
the Unique ID of the unit matches the backup file.
S The following is NOT restored:
S Machine name
S Tank level calibration
S Logs, reports and history
S Auto-tuned zones
