Enabling/Disabling Lid Open Alerts and Settings
Use the Lid Alert option to receive system alert pop-up messages when the
lid is left open for too long.
NOTE: A lid switch is standard for (MOD) Melt-on-Demand systems.
However, you can purchase the optional lid switch kit, part number 1128173.
Contact your Nordson field or sales representative.
1. Log into your BBconn Cloud account, then do the following::
S Select SETUP TOOL - create or load a .NOR file
S Select SYSTEM SETTINGS | LEVEL/FILL.
2. Press the
to toggle (enable or disable) the Lid Open Alert option.
The default is Enabled.
3. Select Lid Open Alert Time, and enter the number of minutes you want
the lid to be opened before the melter displays an Open Lid Alert. The
default is 2 minutes, the minimum is 1 minute, and the maximum is 10
minutes.
4. When done, select SAVE.
