System Status LED Indicators
The system status LEDs provide information about the melter's operational
status.

Component LED Function
System Status LED
Indicates at a glance the system status. Refer to Table 4 for the
LED color indications.
Tank Fill/Fill Level LED
(Standard on Melt-on-Demand systems and on tank systems
with the add-on fill system)
Illuminates when the fill system is actively filling the tank
USB Status LED
S Illuminates when a USB drive is inserted properly and
detected
S Flashes during read/write activity
S Fast-flashes if any file operation fails or if an upgrade fails
NOTE: For details about using a USB drive, refer to Managing
Melter Data Files under Advanced Operation later in this
manual.
